I recently traveled to Ürümqi and chose the Xana Hotelle (Ürümqi Airport DeGang Wanda Plaza). I'm here to share my honest review. 📍[Location] The hotel has an excellent location at 111 Zhongya South Road, Xinshi District. It is not far from Ürümqi Diwopu International Airport and offers a free airport shuttle service. However, there is only one car and one driver, and it can only carry 6 people per trip, so you need to make a reservation in advance. It is about a 5-minute walk north to DeGang Wanda Plaza, and there are several shopping malls nearby, such as Huijia Times Square, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Jingkai District Chinese Medicine Hospital is just across the road, so you don't have to panic if you have a headache or fever. 🏨[Hotel Lobby] As you step into the lobby, you'll be greeted by the signature Xana Hotelle style, with a design tailored for women, exuding elegance and sophistication throughout the space, giving you a truly celebrity-like experience. The front desk staff is warm and attentive, and check-in is quick. They also thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and fun places nearby. 🛏️[Room Experience] I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was of moderate size and warmly decorated. The bed uses a Mengbaili Palas high-end linen zero-pressure mattress, and lying on it feels like being wrapped in clouds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The linens were white and clean, with no odor. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the 24-hour constant temperature hot water is super comfortable. The Attitude Indulgence bath series is used, and the fragrance is high-end. The room also has smart controls, so you can turn on/off the lights and draw the curtains with just your voice. The only drawback is that there was a little dust in the corners of the room, and I hope they can clean more carefully. 🍽️[Dining Service] The buffet breakfast is varied, with Xinjiang specialties such as nang and milk tea, as well as regular items such as bread and eggs, which are nutritious and delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the staff promptly clears the tables and replenishes the food. 💁[Service Quality] The service is impeccable! The front desk proactively upgraded my room type upon check-in, and any problems I had were quickly resolved. For example, I needed a few more hangers, and they were delivered quickly. 🛎️[Hotel Facilities] There is a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a cross-border merchandise area, but no laundry room or gym, which is a bit of a shame. However, if you need to do laundry, you can ask the staff to help you take it to be washed. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The Wi-Fi signal is good, and the Internet is smooth. Overall, the Xana Hotelle (Ürümqi Airport DeGang Wanda Plaza) left me with a good impression. Although there are minor flaws, the value for money and service are both excellent. I would consider staying here again next time I come to Ürümqi!
