This allows the animals to roam freely, and visitors can observe them up close in an immersive experience, fostering a sense of respect and care for wildlife. The zoo's commitment to ecological and environmental principles is evident, particularly in the small garden near Monkey Valley, which is filled with vegetables for feeding animals and benches made from recycled bottles, serving as excellent environmental education for both children and adults. The staff, possibly volunteers or zookeepers, are always present to guide and answer questions, enhancing the visitor experience. A memorable moment was in the butterfly exhibit, where a staff member patiently explained the metamorphosis process to children and pointed out a rare butterfly species. The zoo's design is whimsical, with playful features like the 'Poop Museum,' which showcases over a hundred types of animal droppings, complete with a heartwarming backstory. The nearby inflatable 'poop arch' is a hit with kids. Unique animals like the okapi, rarely seen in other zoos, add to the attraction. The zoo combines history with modernity, with informative displays about the history and updates of each area. Seeing a section designed in 1931 still in use today without signs of decay is quite moving.
