[Yamagata] Shigeru Ban Construction Suiden Terrace

I've always wanted to visit Shigeru Ban's Suiden Terrace. The building is only reflected in the rice paddies like a mirror for a short period of time each year, and recently, the period when the water is filled has been shortened to be more environmentally friendly. ⁡ Winter in Yamagata is, of course, cold, but the inside of the building is warm despite the many windows, and the warmth of the wood makes it a relaxing place. The exterior has a symmetrical look that architecture lovers love, and I really liked how it blends in with the rice paddies and fits in with the scenery. #DomesticTravelTrip
