Hidden Town has opened in Tsim Sha Tsui Chatham Road‼️ I have been a patron since their first store in Prince Edward. It was known for its skewers, but now there are more options than before. The interior mainly features counter seats. I really like this design✨. There is a glass partition between the seats and the grill, allowing you to watch the chef at work without being overwhelmed by smoke. For lunch, they also offer rice bowls and set meals that come with appetizers/salad and soup🥗. ꕥ Stewed Spanish Pork Rib Set Meal The pork ribs are cooked until very tender and flavorful🐷. They are seasoned with onions and black pepper, giving a very slight spiciness. It's very appetizing and goes perfectly with rice🍚. They use Japanese rice, which is soft yet distinct. ꕥ Soy Sauce and Green Onion Grilled Awa Chicken Set Meal I heard that Awa chicken is a specialty of Tokushima🐔. The chicken skin is grilled until crispy, and the meat is tender with a fragrant chicken oil aroma but not greasy.
