Western food in Tsim Sha Tsui

I recently went to a western restaurant for dinner. The environment is quite nice, the lighting is soft, and I feel quite comfortable. Ordered a few things to try, overall it was good🍴 First is the goose liver and beef liver mushroom spaghetti $198. The goose liver is fried to a crispy texture and melts in your mouth. The spaghetti is cooked just right, the mouth is smooth and tough, the sauce is rich, the whole flavor is very rich. Then ordered the crispy fried squid with squid salad dressing $98, the fried squid is crispy, not tough, the squid salad dressing is sweet and sour and quite appetizing. Finally, the Spanish suckling pig 1/4 $298. The portion is quite large, suitable for several people to share. We also added a $40 upgrade to the package with soup, bread, drink, and ice cream.
