Perched atop a cliff, this hotel offered me the long-lost chance to empty my mind

Just returned from a trip to Tongren, I will never forget the lush green sea formed by the verdant trees there, standing on the edge of a cliff at the summit of myriad mountains, where rows of houses with green tiles and grey bricks became a stunning landscape. The hotel rooms are rows of little wooden cabins on the edge of the cliff, supported by a few pillars at the top of myriad mountains, possessing an extraordinary perspective of 'all mountains look small in comparison'. The moment the golden sunlight enters the room, it feels like a fairyland. With the continuous green mountains at your back and the fairy-like clouds, taking photos in the open-air infinity pool on the edge of the cliff is as beautiful as a fairy tale! The scenery where the sky and water blend as one will truly make you forget all your worries and indulge in the tenderness of this little piece of heaven. During a leisurely afternoon, sip a pot of clear tea with the cool mountain breeze, enjoy a sunset dinner at the cliffside restaurant in the evening, stroll along the bluestone paths among the mountains, and at night, fall asleep under the twinkling stars, with your eyes full of the gentleness of the Tongren landscape.
