Huaihua Surroundings～Wanfo Mountain

Hiking around Huaihua, Wanfo Mountain in Tongdao It takes about an hour and a half from Hongjiang. Less than one kilometer from Wanfo Mountain, you will reach a large tourist center (Wanfo Mountain is not from here. If you drive by yourself, you can keep going straight along the current road without turning left and go straight to the tourist center at the bottom of Wanfo Mountain). The charging standards for local and non-local tourists seem to be different. You can also buy tickets on Gaode. This is my second visit to Wanfo Mountain. Maybe it's because it's the National Day, so there are obviously a lot more tourists, and there are a lot more vendors at the bottom of the mountain, mostly selling small pickled peppers, corn, and skewers (last time I came, there were only a few grandmas selling jelly, wild rice and small pickled peppers). This scenic spot is not big. It is mainly located in the Danxia landform. Only one mountain top has been developed. There is no water source along the way. I didn’t feel scared walking on the cliff along the trail. I walked slowly, stopping and starting, and it took less than half an hour to reach the top of the mountain. There is a short glass plank road near the top of the mountain (it is really a short section, but now it is forbidden to pass there). The scenery on the top of the mountain... Well... It’s okay... It’s not as amazing as I imagined, but the feeling of overlooking the small mountains is still very fulfilling. The wind on the top of the mountain is really strong and comfortable~ There is also a windmill on the opposite mountain top (I like windmills very much Maybe it was a festival today, so there were performances. Everyone was wearing ethnic costumes and seemed to be performing "High Mountains and Flowing Water" (I went down the mountain before the end). There was a small shop on the way down the mountain. The trees there were hung with red ribbons with wishes written on them. I also secretly wrote one on a wish card. This is a very meaningful thing.
