#Let'sTravelWithPochiKatsu I went to Unkoin Temple in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo. ☺️ Unkoin Temple was founded in 1611 (Keicho 16) as the family temple of Tokugawa Ieyasu's concubine, Acha no Tsubone. At Acha no Tsubone's own request, the temple was founded with Chodon, a high priest at Zojoji Temple, as its founder (first chief priest). The temple enshrines Amida Buddha as its principal image. It's a small temple, but one with a long history.
