Interior and Tenant Profile • Lower floors: Primarily commercial facilities. Kinokuniya International (supermarket) is located in the basement. A wide variety of shops, including fashion brands like French Cinema Quanon and Momotaro Jeans, hair salons, restaurants (Italian, Austrian, and Hungarian), and cafes and bars.    • Higher floors: Primarily office tenants. In this open gallery space adjacent to the cafe, you can enjoy art while gazing at the spiraling slope. • Exhibitions: Regularly hosting exhibitions across a wide range of genres, from contemporary art by young and emerging artists to design, architecture, and crafts. ⸻ Spiral Facility Overview • Architecture and History: • Completed in 1985, the building was designed by renowned architect Fumihiko Maki.
