Verve Coffee Roasters is a cool café I stumbled upon while walking around Roppongi, Tokyo. This brand is from Santa Cruz, California, USA, and has several locations in Japan as well. The coffee brand is known for its philosophy that "coffee is fruit," honestly delivering the bright and fresh flavors of the coffee beans. Among them, the Roppongi location was so satisfying in both atmosphere and coffee taste that I ended up sitting and relaxing there longer than I intended. 🌿Atmosphere of the Roppongi location Verve Roppongi is about a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Hills. It features wood interiors, high ceilings, and a structure that lets in plenty of sunlight. There are bar tables and seats for 2-3 people, making it great for solo café visits or chatting with friends. Thanks to its Roppongi location, there are many foreigners, and overall, the atmosphere is quiet and calm.
