You need a Japanese phone number to make a reservation at Sushi Ishiyama, so I asked my friend, but I think you can use the hotel concierge service!! The lunch course is about 15,000 yen, and there is a Korean chef in the restaurant, so it was convenient because I could immediately learn about difficult ingredients! I don't know about neta and shari, but it was delicious, and the Tabelog rating is actually quite high, so I recommend it!
