This small, almost deserted temple in Tiantai County is more accurately described as a dilapidated shrine. It's very small and run-down, with only one monk seen practicing there. We stumbled upon it during a break on a self-drive trip. - The temple is quite dilapidated. We only saw one monk, who warmly greeted us and invited us for tea. It was too cold, so we declined, promising to visit next time. - In front of the temple is a small Jiufeng Bridge. The river below was almost dry, but a vibrant vegetable patch nearby stood in stark contrast, a symbol of life amidst decay. Perhaps this is faith! · 🕗 Opening hours: - Likely open during daylight hours only, as it's not a tourist attraction. Specific times are unknown. - Suggested visit duration: 1 hour is sufficient. · ⛰️ Nearby attractions: There's a Taoist temple nearby, accessible via a half-hour uphill hike.
