Lake Wanaka autumn colours

#fallishere Wanaka is a great place to visit and the scenery around it is breathtaking! Every season the place looks different, Autumn is my favourite!! On the shore of Lake Wanaka, you can sit on the lawn by the lake, enjoy the reflection of the lake, listen to the chirping of birds, and feel the tranquility of nature. We had some great walks around Lake Wanaka, allowing us to get up close and personal with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. We waked along the lakeside trails to enjoy the perfect combination of lake and mountains. The board is pretty and an easy walk. The has good playground for kids. There are picnic tables, beautiful clear water, amazing scenery and plenty of room to park.
