Spending a night at Thuwunna Bumi Mountain View Resort

#favouriteitinerary Thuwunna Bumi Mountain View Resort is located in Mon State of Myanmar. It’s most ideal for people looking to visit the notorious Kyaik Htee Yoe Pagoda also known as the golden rock. We spent a night there before visiting the location as well. The rooms are mostly in private bungalows, the staff were also very accommodating and nice even though we were walk-in customers at late night. In the morning, we got to see why the resort was so popular. They had an infinity swimming pool with the views of the mountains at the back. For paying less than $30 a night, it was definitely a steal!! They also have swings and forests all around to take beautiful pictures at or just to absorb the nature in general. Definitely a great stop for people visiting Kyaik Htee Yoe!!
