Shwe Oo Min Pagoda

#thingstodo This cave-temple is a nice 20 min walk out of the city center. Make sure you take the right road as it is positioned in a military zone. The site is quite amazing outside, with a lot of huge golden pagodes. I was there all alone on a sunday, and that is pretty damn amazing. On top of it, you get a cave system full of budhas. It is quite kitch and over the top, but I liked it. Open until 5.30 pm, shoes go off on the entire site, (dirty) toilets present, no entrance money but donnation welcome. Nice Christian cloistre closeby. This is a nice site to visit when in Kawlan! All for yourselve (at least for now)
