It's really healing. 😭 - ‼️｜Some travel tips: ▫️To visit the Pamir Plateau, you can start from Kashgar, either by self-driving or joining a tour group. The attractions are relatively mature, and the roads are easy to drive. ▫️The altitude is generally above 3,000 meters, and the Muztagh Glacier Park is 4,688 meters. Pay attention to your physical condition and prepare oxygen in advance. Avoid running and jumping, walk slowly, and get enough rest. ▫️You need to apply for a border pass before departure, which is valid for one month. ▫️The Panlong Ancient Road is a one-way road, going south and returning north, circling around Bandier Blue Lake and returning to Tashkurgan. ▫️The plateau climate generally has strong ultraviolet rays, so pay attention to sun protection.
