The ocean color was beautiful, the waves were calm, and it was perfect for lying down. Even without a shade canopy, there were coconut trees scattered throughout, allowing me to enjoy a natural rest. As long as you have the gear, this place is a snorkeling paradise. The water at the beginning of the beach is shallow, making it easy for beginners to enjoy, and further in, the coral reef was teeming with fish, making it feel like I was in an aquarium. It would be a great place to visit with kids. There's also a photo spot sculpture with the words "Ypao Beach" on the beach, making it a great place to take pictures :)
