An excellent bistro located deep in the mountains of Tanba Sasayama. The Margherita pizza had a thick crust that was satisfying to eat and had the taste of being baked in an oven, making it very delicious. The potato sauce was not just mayonnaise, but a taste I'd never tried before, so it's a must-order dish. The rare cheesecake melts in your mouth and has a new texture! You'll need a car to get here, but all the dishes are excellent, so I highly recommend it!!!
