One day in Tallinn

#northerneurope Tallinn is the capital of Estonia and can be easily reached via sea, air, road or train. I took a ferry from Helsinki for a day trip and the crossing took 2 hours. The ferry arrives at a very convenient location - 15 minute walk to the old town. The main attractions in Tallinn include the old town which has one of the oldest churches in Europe. There are also multiple restaurants, bars and cafes that have e traditional Estonian food as well as international cuisine. There are shopping malls outside of the walls of the old city with more shops and restaurants. Inside the old town, there is the world’s oldest pharmacy which is open to the public for viewing (and shopping). There are multiple different types of hotels and hostels available and the ambiance of the city is very cultural
