VISON, Mimura, Mie

I went to Hotel VISON in Mie Prefecture. Rather than being a hotel attached to a huge roadside station, it was a hotel that was a destination for those heading to VISON. Art was scattered throughout the building, and you could enjoy a variety of views depending on the time of day. You can choose from rooms with open-air baths and lodges that allow pets, so there are a wide variety of options. I warmed up at the hot spring facility "Honzo-yu" at VISON (Mimura). You can enjoy herbal baths that were jointly developed with Rohto Pharmaceutical. The men's and women's baths are switched daily, so you can enjoy both if you stay overnight. The name of the deck overlooking the view is "Haru-butai" (written on the door in the fourth photo). Unfortunately, it was raining when I visited. If you go on a sunny day, be sure to go to Haru-butai. Breakfast at Hotel VISON There were many options, but I chose Kasa-an Sanpo-roron because I wanted Japanese food. A luxurious breakfast✨ You can enjoy it as you like, by putting the ingredients on top of the rice, pouring soup stock over it, adding wasabi, etc. The sesame sauce on the sea bream and the soup stock are a perfect match, so I highly recommend it.
