#JapaneseCuisine2024 I stayed at the Yadobo Hisui no Sho in Taketa City, Oita Prefecture☺️ It is located in a place that is inconvenient to access unless you have a car, so if you take the train, it is about a 20-minute taxi ride from JR Bungotakada Station☺︎ (On the way back, I shared a car with another guest☺️) The room was spacious and had a garden, so it was comfortable😊 I was very satisfied with the private bath😍 And above all, the most satisfying thing was the food☺︎ In a word, it was really delicious🥰👏👏👏 It was the best‼ ️ The portions were quite large, so I wondered if I could eat it all, but I ate it all in one go. (The first and second pictures are dinner) The meat was tender, and the vegetables from our own garden were delicious. The river fish Enoha bone crackers were also the best☺️ The rice is Hitomebore from Oita.
