They fully showcase the historical and cultural heritage of Shanxi mature vinegar through displays of ancient and modern vessels, excerpts from literature, photographs, and actual product displays. Entering the quaint Meiheju Vinegar Workshop is like stepping back into a mature vinegar workshop from 500 years ago, with the rich fragrance of aged vinegar that is full-bodied and unforgettable.
