Taitung Luye Plateau Hot Air Balloon Carnival

The hot air balloon carnival is a big event in Taitung every July and August. This time, we went up the mountain at 3 a.m. to wait for the colorful hot air balloons to slowly rise into the sky after sunrise. The grass on Luye Plateau was already crowded with tourists in the early morning. The grass was covered with picnic mats. Everyone chatted while waiting. After dawn, the hot air balloons set off one after another, starting a beautiful day~
