Shrimp paste is added to increase the flavor ~ but I personally don’t like it very much; Shandong roast chicken recommended by gourmets, I order it every time I go there (I will pack it up if I can’t finish it). The chicken is hand-shredded and mixed with hand-smashed cucumber, coriander and garlic sauce.
