Taipei Botanical Garden - Zhongzheng District, Taipei City

Taipei Botanical Garden, located in Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, was established in 1921 and has a history of over a century. It is one of the six national botanical gardens under the jurisdiction of the Forestry Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture. The garden covers an area of more than 8 hectares and is divided into several themed plant areas, such as the 12 Zodiac Area, Succulent Plant Area, Fern Area, Palm Area, Folk Plant Area, and Lotus Pond. The garden also houses national historic sites like the Imperial Envoy's Pavilion, the Herbarium of Preserved Plants, and the Nanmen Town 323 Japanese-style building.
