This is a slightly pricier steakhouse, but the overall space, dishes, and service are all outstanding. Their staff is very attentive, not only providing detailed introductions to the dishes but also earnestly recommending suitable cuts. The bread is baked to a fragrant perfection, and paired with seaweed butter, it becomes even more delicious. The seaweed butter has a unique taste of nori, which is quite special. For the appetizer, we ordered scallops that were very fresh, tender, and sweet, with a sauce that was just right. Additionally, there was a complimentary appetizer of bread, served with smoked salmon spread and salmon roe. One bite and you're filled with the rich flavor of salmon. For those who want to take photos, I recommend the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad. Not only is the presentation beautiful, but the combination of figs and truffle oil is also delightful, although the truffle oil slightly overpowers the taste of the figs. For the main course, I chose a 6oz filet mignon, medium-rare, which is especially suitable for those with dental issues. The exterior is slightly charred, while the inside is extremely tender and delicious, even more so when eaten with the natural jus. They also provide a variety of seasonings, and I suggest enjoying them in the order of bamboo leaf salt, fleur de sel, mustard sauce, mustard seeds, horseradish sauce, and rose salt. For the side dishes, we ordered mashed potatoes, baby vegetables, wild mushrooms, and zucchini, all of which were very tasty. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, which was delicate in texture, and the tiramisu had added popping candy, making it more interesting. After the appetizers, they used a crumb scraper to clean the table, which shows their meticulous service! Overall, this restaurant is quite exceptional, and I highly recommend it for celebrating special occasions!
