From my first visit when it opened at the end of last year to my second visit last week, it is still the most popular coffee shop in Xinyi District, and it was fully booked within three minutes of opening. After the previous experience of 7 groups of customers arriving five minutes before opening, this time I became the first group of customers who arrived 20 minutes before opening. The reason why it maintains its popularity is not only the friendly trendy male boss who brews the coffee himself, but also the quality of the interior decoration and drinks. The renovation of the old house retains the charm of the brick walls, combines the cool industrial style with Japanese logs, and uses a large area of warm dark brown as the main color to deepen the calm, retro, and mysterious tone. The outstanding lighting configuration creates a delicate atmosphere, and there are many collections and retro lamps. , furnishings to enrich the sense of detail, and the configuration of different seating areas also enliven the spatial hierarchy, creating a textured field that is both modern and compatible with retro character, making it charming and tasteful. I ordered Costa Rica Tara Pearl Red Honey during both visits. The first time I tasted it, I had a good experience. It was light and round, with plenty of aroma and acidity. It had a subtle and gentle honey taste with occasional sweetness. Even if the temperature dropped, the acidity was still good. Comfortable and bright, I like it very much, but the acidity was too high during the second visit, which was a pity. The tiramisu was well done, the sweetness of the rum was prominent, and the wine was well balanced with just the right concentration. Next time, I might try a night visit to see if the SAND atmosphere at dusk becomes more psychedelic. I also want to try the sweet potato brownies that are well received.
