Most people who eat ramen typically opt for tonkotsu broth, soy sauce broth, or the lighter chicken broth. Few consider ramen with a tomato broth. Sun Tomato Ramen, part of the Osaka Osho Group and located in Kinshicho, Tokyo, Japan, offers a wide variety of broth options, including vegetarian options. That's what makes Sun Tomato Ramen so special and so appealing!❗️ I've tried Sun Tomato Ramen at the Daye Takashimaya branch and the main branch near the Caesar Park Hotel in Taipei. My favorite is the signature scrambled egg sun tomato ramen (NT$250). 👍🤩🤩🤩 The soft texture of the scrambled egg melts in my mouth, complemented by the slightly sour tomato broth and the chewy ramen. It's delicious, nutritious, and healthy.👍 Perhaps it's my preference for tomato broth, as I'm quite receptive to both light and rich broths. The staff was very welcoming. As soon as I looked at the menu, they asked if I needed help with any of the dishes.
