It's still raining, but don't worry, you can take a short walk to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts to take shelter from the rain. Admission is completely free here, and it's the best "rainy day backup" in the city! The large space is very comfortable to walk in, and various exhibitions are launched from time to time, from modern art to installation creations, each of which is very surprising.
