Shinshu Miso Shop, Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture

Introducing a long-established miso shop in Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture. Nagano Prefecture is famous for Shinshu miso, and there are many long-established miso shops scattered around. This shop originally sold salt, and has been a long-established miso shop since the end of the Edo period. When I visited in early November, chrysanthemum flowers were lined up beautifully in front of the shop. They sell many types of miso and soy sauce.
