The Church of the Savior on Blood in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the end of August. Unlike other cathedrals that are brightly lit and splendid, it was very dark and calm. Maybe it was because the weather outside was cloudy, but it seemed dark even on normal days. This cathedral seems to be an icon in St. Petersburg, because I often saw the sun pattern. I think it would be nice if our country had more open cathedrals and churches like this. Whether you are a believer or not, you can stop by and rest your body and mind. #SummerCapture #MustSeeHistoricalPlaces

Russia in late August is summer, but it is periodically cool. It is secretly the perfect place to come for a vacation. Kazan Cathedral. The gorgeous exterior seems to be a characteristic of St. Petersburg's cathedrals. This cathedral was a magnificent cathedral with its interior made entirely of mosaic tiles. It was the first time I saw a cathedral like this, so it was impressive. Not only the walls, but even the ceiling... I wonder how much effort it took to fill it up to the brim.
