Split - Croatia

#centraleurope Split is located on the coast in Central Europe and has a main international airport, sea port and a bus station. There is a walled old towns that includes attractions such as the museum of illusions (15 euros 9am- 5pm) shops and historical sights dating back 100s of years. Along the pier, there are many bars, restaurants and cafes that sell local dishes as well as international dishes too. The price for most drinks is around 10-20 euros but towards the bus station at the end of the pier, the local food market has cheaper options. There are many hotels and villas which range in price and most have swimming pools. There is a historic ambiance to the city and there is also lots of hills that you can climb for free to see the city from above
