Song Mountain in Henan

Song Mountain or Song Shan is a mountain in Henan. It is known as the central mountain of the five great sacred Taoist mountains in China. The peak is 1,500 metres high. Actually Song Shan is made up of several mountains with altogether 36 peaks. It's not too hard to walk, as it is a very famous and popular spot. Nevertheless bring good shoes. Water and snacks are avaible. Good food in the nearby towns and villages! 📍Song Mountain is located north of Dengfeng, which belongs to Henans capital Zhengzhou. Buses leave from Zhengzhou and Luoyang.
