Songjiang quest: Golden Street

Songjiang district is a beautiful area in Shanghai, not well-known by people despite this was the town that originated Shanghai city. The deer is the symbol of this district. Songjiang Xincheng Gold Street is a beautiful area that comprises many shops, restaurants, commercial malls and small amusement area. Streets are pedestrians-only. Perfect for one day-trip. Songjiang Gold Street go from Rongyue Rd to Guangxing Rd, now covering all block. Pedestrian streets are wide, probably to held stands during seasonal festivals in the area. During weekends, amusement area with cute cars, wheels and train are very popular with the kids. Most shops seems to be quite small but modern design, clothing shops look fancy. More than restaurants, ice cream shops and ice tea shops were the ones bringing my attention, but this very hot afternoon made me biased.
