【New Bar】Long Bar

"The Long Bar in The Londoner Macao Hotel is based on the concept of the 'Victorian Time Gallery', recreating the scene of a European train platform in the 19th century. The 45-meter curved bar counter displays more than 2,000 antique wine utensils, and the wine wall displays rare Macallan whiskeys from 1870. The signature special blend 'Orient Express' is based on Portuguese port wine and paired with caviar-shaped lychee foam made with molecular cooking technology. Every Friday night's 'Steam Punk Jazz Night', musicians wear retro uniforms to play antique saxophones, and the dome sky projection is turned on simultaneously. The bar specially invites Scottish double-eared cup holders to stay on site and provide single malt tasting courses. It was selected into the 'Asia's 50 Best Bars' list in 2023, and the highest daily reception volume exceeded 800 people."
