We’ve been to Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen a few times, and it never gets old. The main attraction for us is the Volcano Ramen. The moment the hot broth is poured over the ingredients, steam rises dramatically, giving us the feeling that we're witnessing an actual volcano erupting at our table. The thick noodles and vegetables placed in the sizzling hot stone bowl create a crispy rice crust at the bottom, and it adds such a unique texture to the dish. We can’t get enough of the rich, creamy tonkotsu broth, and what makes it even better is the free-flow hard-boiled eggs. We love adding them to our ramen for that perfect balance of flavors. The eggs are just the right texture, and they make every bite feel complete. Aside from the Volcano Ramen, the menu has a variety of options like the Tonkotsu Shio Ramen, which features a rich, milky broth made from slow-cooked pork bones.
