No, we’re not talking about bubble tea. 🧋 Occupying a shophouse in Chinatown, Silk is a modern tea bar that serves only the finest selections of Chinese tea - many of which are not available elsewhere in this country. The moment you step in, you would notice that the entire experience is curated to immerse you into the wondrous world of tea! 🌿 The space is designed with the key concept of relaxation, with beautiful tea sets and storage tins that decorated the shelves. The two owners were directly mentored by a tea master in Singapore, so every tea is brewed with utmost precision to unravel its fullest potential. Their tea are categorised according to the rarity - Silk Limited, Silk Signatures and House Standards. But don’t be mistaken, the House Standards are in no way inferior. The Dancong - Wild which we got was pleasantly complex, with the familiar oolong fragrance and a raw finish akin to ripe fruits. 🍊 Each tea is also served in multiple brews, with each having a subtle difference as the leaves open up further. #singaporetrip#cafe
