Coexist Coffee Co. Hillview Terrace

We’ve headed to the far West once again for Coexist’s latest menu refresh! It has been a month since their launch, and we remember how awesome their food were, so we’re back for it again! 🤤 And they certainly did not disappoint! The Prawn Gambas is hands-down our favourite! If you love garlic like us, you’ll regret not getting this! The garlic confit enriched the sweetness of the prawns. 🦐 Dip the sourdough toast into the oil for the ultimate satisfaction! 🧄 The Lomo Saltado has a generous serving of thick-cut steak cubes, and a distinct 𝙬𝙤𝙠-𝙝𝙚𝙮 flavour. The cubes are a little overdone, but the flavour is a winner! 🐮 The baked potatoes are surprisingly crunchy even after soaking in the sauce! This time, they have desserts that are freshly made in-house too, the perfect addition for a cosy space! We got the Banana 170, which is a banana gateau paired with soy sauce caramel & cinnamon cream. The cream took us by surprise as we thought it’s going to be too sweet, but turns out it’s just super rich and pairs amazingly well with the cake! 🍰 #singaporetrip#cafe
