I highly recommend the Smokey Muhammara, a chunky dip made with roasted red peppers, and the Moroccan Cigars, phyllo pastry filled with ground lamb, served with mint yogurt sauce, and the Lobster Risotto, which features saffron-infused shellfish broth, arborio rice, mascarpone, and parmesan cheese. For desserts, I loved all three, from Pistachio & Raspberry Paris-Brest, with choux pastry, pistachio cream, raspberry gel, and fresh raspberries, Warm Strawberries & Watermelon Sorbet, with honey caramelized strawberries, white balsamic reduction, yogurt crisp, and mint oil to the Apple Croustillant, phyllo pastry with caramelized apple, cinnamon, and raisin, served with vanilla ice cream. #foodies
