Seamless Check-In and Exceptional Amenities

The check-in procedure was effortless. We were greeted with a welcome beverage and local treat, alongside a scented cold towel, as our exceptional manager 'Finn' provided a tour of the premises. Our luggage was promptly delivered to our 'Landmark' room. The accommodation was very spacious, featuring an extraordinarily comfortable King bed, a large bathroom with a standalone bathtub, and the most fantastic rain shower ever. The immediate hot water and excellent water pressure made the shower experience truly delightful—I could have lingered in there for hours. A charming balcony offered stunning views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The culinary offerings were scrumptious, with a mix of western and Khmer dishes. The ice cream bar was superb, the pool bar was wonderful with ample seating and sun loungers surrounding the pool. Facilities such as the spa, gym, concierge, café, business center, and gift shop provided everything one might require. Our room was impeccably clean and housekeeping surpassed expectations with thoughtful extras. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Oh, and that shower—simply outstanding! I only wish I could've extended my stay. I'd readily offer a score of 10, if possible. Kudos to Borei Angkor Resort & Spa for surpassing our expectations ❤️
