[Yamaguchi, Shunan City] Harumi Waterfront Park

This park is located near the sea in Harumi-cho, Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, a 12-minute walk from Tokuyama Station. There are no playground equipment, but the tropical trees make for a beautiful view on a clear day, as if you were in a foreign country. It was certified as a "Japanese Night View Heritage" in August 2011, and is a representative view spot for the Shunan factory night view. With a group of petrochemical plants on the other side of the sea, the night view is beautiful, but during the day you can relax in the open park. There are restrooms and a parking lot. There is a stone lighthouse built in the Meiji period. #YamaguchiTourism
