Ouchi-juku

Today, we visited Edo Castle, famous for its noodles... The straight street of Ouchi-juku is not long, and both sides are lined with historical thatched houses. Inside, shops sell unique local products and small items. At the end of the street, if you follow the steps of the shrine on the left and go up, you can overlook the entire Ouchi-juku from the highest point, as if you have entered a time tunnel! After leisurely strolling around, head to Misawaya at the entrance to try the highly recommended hand-made green onion soba noodles. While enjoying the delicious food, looking out from the thatched house at the tourists coming and going on the street is quite an interesting experience!
