It is a long-established store that was founded over 80 years ago. Katsuobushi before shaving are lined up in front of the store, and you can even watch the katsuobushi being shaved inside the store. The itogaki is a particularly delicious item that you should definitely try. We recommend sprinkling this katsuobushi on rice with a raw egg on top, as it is an irresistibly delicious way to eat it.
