The park features 14 themed areas, including: Mangrove Seaside Ecological Park, Middle Bay Viewing Plaza, Ocean Rhythm Garden, Egret Slope, North Bay Lugang Harbor, Small Sand Hill, Universiade Torch Tower, Liuhua Mountain, Crescent Valley, Sunrise Theater, Tidal Wetland, Wedding Plaza, Seaview Pier, and Sea Breeze Sports Plaza.
