Shenzhen Bay Park

Shenzhen Bay Park is a waterfront leisure landscape in the Shenzhen Bay community. The early master plan was completed by the Shenzhen Branch of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design and the American SWA Group, and the project implementation planning and design were jointly completed with the Shenzhen Beilin Garden Landscape and Architectural Planning and Design Institute. Shenzhen Bay Park is located along the southwest coast of Shenzhen, starting from the Futian Mangrove Bird Nature Reserve in the east, extending to the west side of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cross-sea Bridge in the west, bordered by Binhai Avenue in the north, and facing Shenzhen Bay in the south, overlooking the Hong Kong Mai Po Nature Reserve across the sea. The coastline is about 11 kilometers long, with a total area of approximately 128.74 hectares, making it the only dense coastal leisure belt in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Bay Park consists of the already open Mangrove Seaside Ecological Park and the under-construction Shenzhen Bay Coastal Leisure Belt. The park has a certain number of parking lots in key themed areas, connected to municipal roads, guiding social vehicles entering the park to corresponding fixed parking areas, and then touring through internal park transportation methods (walking, bicycles, electric vehicles).
