For example, in 2019, Coastal City created the only underground parking lot in Shenzhen with "air conditioning", which is of course very popular with Shenzhen people who are hard to bear the heat of the underground garage in the half-year summer. Coastal City, located in the central section of the 800-meter-long commercial street, continues to advance itself, updating about 1/5 of its categories each year, not only bringing prosperity to its neighbors Poly and Tianli, but also igniting the entire Houhai business circle. In recent years, two more commercial plazas have joined the platform, with more categories; because the platform is open to all adjacent buildings, and escalators and elevators are provided for assistance, the services in the business circle are also more convenient.
