#sheffieldtrip There are actually many routes to the top of the Peak District. It is recommended to download "AllTrails" to understand the route. If you use Google Maps to navigate to "Bamford Edge", the guided walking route is what everyone in other notes calls the "gentle slope" route. The entire route is a road that can be used by cars. After climbing over a small fence, you will start to climb the mountain. The slope is not steep and you can reach the ridgeline in about 20 minutes.
