It's delicious. ✅Loofah with Clams The loofah is incredibly tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth like jelly. ✅Keqiao-style Shaoxing Three Delicacies The word "fresh" doesn't do it justice! ✅Traditional Yangchun Noodles I came here for the Yangchun Noodles, and this bowl is like a refreshing poem in spring. The delicate noodles stretch in boiling water and are cooked to just the right texture. The clear broth is like a spring, fresh but not greasy. Every bite is filled with the bounty of the earth and the essence of time. Garnished with tender green onions, like new sprouts in spring, the noodles gain a touch of vibrant color. The delicious broth flows over the taste buds, seemingly washing away the fatigue of travel, allowing us to immerse ourselves in this simple yet pure delicacy.
