Although the weather was less than ideal, obscuring the lake's visibility, I thoroughly relished the journey. The trek offered breathtaking scenery, including picturesque valleys, majestic mountains, and meandering rivers, all set amidst a stunning array of wildflowers. Please note that the trekking infrastructure is still in its developmental stages, making it essential to exercise caution during the wet or rainy season. The ascent takes approximately 2-3 hours, and I recommend hiring a local tour guide available at the entrance gate to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Additionally, be prepared for the absence of toilet facilities along the route, so plan accordingly.
