⭐ Even if you don’t stay in Ruijin Intercontinental Hotel, it is worth going to have a look around, cause this is Old Shanghai. The restaurant of this hotels is famous around the locals, but not cause it’s food, it is because of the environment. 🌆 The building of the hotel has a long history and this can be seen very obviously when you enter the territory of the hotel. The main building is quite modern, while all the rest buildings are preserved as they were many years ago. It is worth walk around after lunch or dinner in this restaurant for sure to discover the old well, over 100 years hollow trees, a blend of western and Chinese architecture. 🥢 The restaurant environment also talks about old Shanghai. But don’t have very high expectations for food, it is good, but not amazing to be honest. But even this way lunch here is very enjoyable. The environment means a lot.
